This is a great opportunity for a proven direct to consumer Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead a small team to develop and deliver the DTC digital strategy for the UK.
Main Accountabilities:
Strategy and Best Practise
? Develop and lead the DTC Digital strategy, ensuring this is in line with overall multi-channel and brand strategy.
? Manage the Digital team to deliver all aspects of traffic generation, online customer experience, conversion and performance.
? Develop a ?best in class? e-commerce site, drawing on the latest digital techniques and technologies and benchmarking against both competitors and industry leaders in the digital field.
? Act as a digital guardian for DTC; delivering expertise and guidance to the wider team and business. Continuously identifying market opportunities to test and deliver commercial growth, web development and generation of quality traffic.
Online Marketing
? Utilise, develop and drive forward all online marketing tools including PPC, affiliates, retargeting, display, social media, mobile, SEO, and partnerships.
? Work with external agencies to identify opportunities and drive appropriate cost effective growth strategies.
Web Management and Customer Journey
? Use digital marketing to maximise customer engagement and conversion.
? Full ownership of content for DTC, associated sites.
? Champion the customer journey and the usability of the DTC sites.
? Manage the web as a commercial channel for leads, revenue, transactional sales and drive the site to deliver a best in class customer experience.
? Focus on lead capture and conversion through effective integration with CRM and other business systems, promoting best practice.
? Ensure alignment to, and optimisation of, the multichannel journey across the whole brand, liaising with creative and marketing teams.
? Lead the focus on KPI ? conversion, ROI, Cost Per lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)and Effective Revenue Share (ERS) by channel.
IT and Development
? Drive the development strategy for DTC and all associated sites from an IT, release schedule and build perspective.
? Lead and manage the relationship with IT to deliver the best in class DTC sites in terms of customer journey, usability and purchasing.
? Leading cross functional teams and projects across the business including; Customer Services, Programme Heads, IT, US E Business teams to deliver strategy and programmes aligned to business objectives.
Managerial Responsibilities
? Management of a small team to support the development and execution of marketing and campaigns.
? Manage a substantial P&L budget requiring forecasting and accurate reporting on a regular basis.
? Accountability for Ecommerce KPI?s to meet defined targets and annual strategic plans.
Position Requirements
? Proven Experience of managing a Digital Team.
? Understanding and experience in IT and Web Development
? Project Management of large Multi Functional Digital Projects
? Ability to manage ambiguity
? Leading and developing integrated marketing campaigns
? P&L responsibility
? First class stakeholder management experience and skill.
? Leadership
? Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
